The

Philosophy

Vivera Holistic is grounded in the belief that the body is intelligent and always communicating. Symptoms are not failures or flaws to be corrected, but signals pointing toward what needs attention, safety, and support. Healing unfolds through awareness, regulation, and trust, not through force or urgency.

This philosophy honors the nervous system as the foundation of change. When safety is restored in the body, clarity, resilience, and vitality naturally follow. The work is paced, relational, and responsive, allowing each individual’s system to guide the process rather than imposing a rigid method or timeline.

Vivera Holistic exists to support people in coming home to their body, reclaiming self trust, and living in a way that feels grounded, connected, and fully alive.

Hi, I’m Joni Quick

This brand was born from my own lived experience.

For years, I was doing everything I believed should work. I was disciplined, consistent, educated, and deeply invested in my own growth. Yet no matter how much harder I tried, I still felt disconnected from my body and frustrated that I could not create lasting change.

Looking back, I can see that I had become incredibly skilled at adapting to life while slowly losing connection with myself.

Like many people, I believed the answer was to keep searching for the next strategy. More exercise. A better diet. More meditation. More mindset work. If I just tried harder, surely something would finally click.

But it never did.

Not because I was failing, but because my body was responding exactly as it had learned to. My nervous system was doing what it believed it needed to do to protect me, and no amount of pushing could change that.

Everything shifted when I stopped asking, "How do I fix myself?" and started asking, "What is my body trying to tell me?"

Through years of learning, experimenting, and integrating nervous-system, somatic, and holistic practices, I found a way to soften out of those patterns, reconnect with my body, and build a relationship with myself rooted in awareness rather than constant striving.

That experience became the foundation of Vivera.

Today, my work is grounded in the belief that our experiences are not held only in the mind. They are reflected throughout the body, the nervous system, and the deeper patterns that shape how we move through life. When we begin to understand those patterns instead of fighting them, we create the conditions for lasting change.

My vision is to create spaces where people can come back into relationship with themselves, especially when life feels heavy, uncertain, or disconnected. Spaces where you are not judged, rushed, or treated as something to fix, but supported in understanding yourself more deeply and reconnecting with your own capacity for healing, awareness, and change.

This vision is inseparable from my values.

The Core Values

Acceptance

is learning how to trust your body again. It is letting your internal signals guide your pace, your choices, and your capacity, instead of forcing yourself to keep up or push through. This value shapes how I work. Sessions move at the speed your nervous system can integrate. What is present is allowed to be there. Challenges are approached with openness and integrated at a pace the body can handle. it’s never a race, or a comparison game.

Trust

is rebuilt gently and through experience. As the body settles, faith in yourself and in life begins to return. I hold a deep respect for the feminine principle of allowing things to unfold without force, while staying present and engaged in the process.

Connection

matters because healing does not happen in isolation. I intentionally create spaces where emotional attunement is felt, where co regulation replaces hyper independence, and where vulnerability is met with steadiness. Whether in one to one work or group spaces, you are not expected to carry everything alone.

Authenticity

is central to my brand. I value honest language, clear communication, and integrity in how I show up and how I guide others. I stand by my approach and the depth of this work without needing to package it as something it is not.

Awareness

is central to this work. You learn to notice what is happening inside your body in real time. Subtle shifts in sensation become signals you can respond from. This matters because you cannot change what you are not aware of. As awareness grows, choice expands, and your responses become more grounded and intentional.

Empowerment

is about reclaiming agency and remembering that you are not broken or in need of being fixed by someone else. This work supports you in reconnecting to your own inner authority, building confidence in your responses, and trusting yourself to navigate life with greater clarity and self direction.

I am SO Grateful.

This brand has evolved alongside me.

I began my career as a personal trainer, and over time my work expanded into Nutrition, Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, and Energetic Work as I saw the need to address the deeper roots of recurring patterns rather than managing symptoms. The more I travelled, and integrated my experiences, the more my energetic gifts upgraded. Everything I offer is backed by education, experience and embodied integration.

For the past eight years, I have worked across gyms, wellness studios, and colleges in Canada, before moving internationally to work within wellness resorts and studios in Thailand, where I now call home. I have also collaborated on workshops and group events throughout Southeast Asia, supporting diverse populations from 12-year-olds, up to my eldest at 70. This work has truly been a blessing that I am incredibly grateful for.

Today, I host deeper immersion containers, half day sessions, and collaborate with other venues to host workshops and spaces throughout Thailand- so keep an eye on announcements in my Newsletter. This work is continuing to grow into international travel based offerings, larger workshops, and retreat collaborations.

If you are someone who is tired of feeling like you are stuck, like you’re fighting to just get through a regular day, or that you “should” be more healed by now, this work offers a different invitation forward. One rooted in safety, presence, and respect for your body’s timing.

If this approach resonates with you, I look forward to working alongside you.
