Work with me
If you’re an entrepreneur, a parent, an athlete, or someone who holds responsibility day in and day out, you’ve likely learned how to keep moving no matter what’s going on inside. You know how to stay focused, push through tiredness, and handle pressure - it’s part of what’s helped you succeed.
Over time though, that constant effort can create distance from your body. You might notice you’re always tense, quick to react, or running on autopilot. Maybe slowing down feels unfamiliar. Maybe being still feels harder than being busy.
When you step into this space, there’s no expectation to perform or explain. We work at a pace your body can meet, creating an environment where it can settle, respond, and reorganize naturally. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.
This work supports people who do a lot, give a lot, and are ready to feel more present and grounded in the life they’re already living, without needing to become someone else or add more to their plate.
I have three intentional pathways
There is no better option.
Only the one your nervous system needs right now.
If you’re unsure, start with a Coherence Activation.
We’ll meet your system where it is.
Completely custom to you.
Most people don’t need more sessions- they need the right depth of space to actually access what’s going on beneath the surface.
Single sessions can create awareness, but they often stop right as the body begins to open. There isn’t enough time to fully assess patterns, work through them, and support real integration in a way that lasts.
The Coherence Activation half-day immersion is designed differently. We utilize a period of 3-4 hours.
Instead of touching the surface and sending you on your way, we create a focused, in-person container where your system has the time and safety to settle, reveal, and shift without being rushed.
A half day experience
We map your nervous system patterns in real time, uncover relevant history that may still be shaping your current responses, and begin building a felt sense of safety in the body.
Through guided exploration, you’re able to drop into a direct experience that can include any and all of our approaches based on your needs that day.
Because we’re not rushed, there’s time to both access and integrate what arises, allowing shifts to land more fully in your body.
You’ll also receive two weeks of post-session support to help you stabilize, apply, and deepen the changes as they begin to show up in your day-to-day life.
This offering is both in- person, and online.
Our Sessions can include…

This is ongoing support for life as it actually is.
This work is designed to help you work with stress as it shows up day to day, especially if you’re navigating high-pressure environments, busy schedules, or demanding roles.
Together, we focus on recognising your body’s stress responses early, releasing tension before it builds, and developing new ways of responding that feel sustainable over time.
This is where we map your nervous system patterns, and create a plan forward from.

This works with your body’s energetic and nervous system responses to stress, rather than your thoughts or story.
When stress, emotion, or pressure isn’t able to fully move through the body, it can show up as tension, restlessness, emotional heaviness, or a sense of disconnection.
With this approach, we work with your body’s energetic field using guided visualization, breathwork, intention, frequency tuning, and energy work.
This session benefits those who:
Feel overwhelmed or overloaded but are done with talking about it
Notice body pains, tension, illness, etc being more frequent
Want nervous system regulation without rehashing the past
Feel disconnected from their body, and stuck in their thoughts
Feel out of control with or numb from emotions
People often report feeling more grounded, settled, and clear afterwards.
-
This session focuses on the patterns that live beneath conscious awareness. The ones that shape how you react, relate, and respond, even when you “know better.”
Many of our stress responses, self-beliefs, and emotional habits were formed early in life as ways to stay safe, succeed, or belong. Over time, those patterns can become limiting, showing up as self-doubt, people-pleasing, overworking, or feeling stuck in the same cycles despite effort to change.
With this approach, we work directly with the body’s guidance, and the subconscious using Theta frequencies, guided inner work and embodied awareness. Rather than analyzing or revisiting old stories, we meet these patterns at the level they were formed and introduce new, felt experiences that your body can register as true and current.
This approach benefits those who:
Understand their patterns but can’t seem to shift them
Notice the same emotional reactions repeating in work or relationships
Struggle with self-worth, boundaries, or inner pressure
Feel blocked despite doing “all the right work”
Clients often leave with a sense of internal clarity and relief, as if something has finally updated.
This work supports lasting change by helping your system respond from the present, not from old conditioning.
-
This is the most cathartic and activating way to work together.
Somatic Experiencing focuses on how stress, pressure, and unprocessed experiences are held in the body as charge, tension, and automatic reactions. When that energy has nowhere to go, it builds, showing up as overwhelm, anxiety, shutdown, irritability, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t benefit you.
This approach is designed to move that energy through. Give it a chance to finish it’s cycle.
Using activating release breath, intentional movement, vocalisation, sound, and body-led expression, we create the conditions for your system to discharge what it’s been holding. The work can be intense, emotional, and deeply cathartic. It is always done with open support and co-regulation, so your nervous system is not left alone with the experience.
We then spend time grounding, orienting, and stabilising, helping your body integrate the release rather than rebound back into old patterns.
This approach benefits those who:
Feel like stress or emotion is “trapped” in their body
Carry chronic tension, anxiety, or internal pressure
Need more than subtle work to create real change
Want a safe container for deep emotional and physical release
What often surprises people is how much calm follows the intensity, leaving people feeling lighter, and peaceful afterwards.
The integration check-in is a key part of this work. It supports you in understanding what emerged, regulating any after-effects, and translating the experience into long-term change rather than a one-off release.
This work is for those who are ready to meet their body fully, release what’s ready, and do so in a safe regulated space.

This approach is a structured sound healing experience using traditional Himalayan methods learned in Nepal, combined with a modern understanding of how sound and vibration support the nervous system.
The session uses seven Himalayan singing bowls, each tuned to one of the seven chakras. The bowls are placed on and around the body and played in a specific, intentional sequence. This sequencing stimulates energy flow through the nadis, supporting balance and communication across the body’s systems.
Sound and vibration work beneath conscious thought. As the bowls are played, the nervous system naturally slows and attention shifts inward without effort. This can be especially supportive for people who struggle to switch off at night or experience restless or poor sleep, as it helps the body move out of a constant state of alert.
This approach benefits those:
Feel mentally busy or overstimulated
Carry stress in their body and want a non verbal way to release it
Struggle with sleep or shutting off at night
Want emotional clarity without intense or activating work
Need integration and grounding after periods of high stress or training
People often experience deep relaxation during the session, followed by a sense of calm, clarity, and steadiness afterwards. Many feel more centered and settled in their body, with improved ease around rest and sleep in the days that follow.
This session works well on its own or as supportive integration alongside more activating somatic or emotional work.

This is a structured Himalayan sound healing approach designed to guide the brain into a deeper meditative state using sound alone. It is not a sound bath or guided journey and does not rely on visualisation, mantras, or storytelling.
This uses precise Himalayan singing bowl sequences played in a deliberate rhythm and order. These sound patterns engage the thinking mind in a way that disrupts its usual loops. As the brain attempts to track the sound, analytical processing becomes overloaded and naturally quiets, allowing awareness to drop into a slower brainwave state known as theta.
Theta is the brain state where deep meditation, insight, and internal awareness occur. By using sound to bring the brain into this state, the body and mind learn what deep meditation feels like without effort or forced concentration.
This approach benefits those who:
Find their mind constantly analysing during meditation
Struggle to access depth or stillness on their own
Want a reliable way to enter deep meditative states
Experience mental restlessness or difficulty switching off
During the session, many people experience a loss of time awareness, minimal thought activity, and a deep sense of internal quiet. Afterwards, people often feel mentally clear, grounded, and more able to access meditation on their own.
This approach supports building a sustainable meditation practice by training the nervous system and brain to recognize and enter deeper states.
