What to Expect

This online cohort is designed for people who are functioning *quote on quote * well in their lives by societies standards, but recognize their nervous system feels stuck in patterns that leave them feeling more and more disconnected from themselves.

❋ Recognize nervous system patterns

so that you can understand how stress and pressure appear in your body and behavior.

❋ Strengthen interoceptive awareness

so that you can recognize body signals earlier instead of noticing stress only after it accumulates.

❋ Practicing somatic integration

applying state-specific regulation practices that support the nervous system state you are experiencing.

❋ Intentional co-regulation

experiencing how nervous systems CAN stabilize in the presence of others.

This is for the people who:

• are functioning well in their careers, families, or responsibilities, yet feel a gap between their internal experience of it


• find it difficult to truly slow down, even when there is time to rest it’s filled with distractions


• spend much of their day in their head and feel disconnected from the internal signals of their body


• have been open to, or explored personal growth, health, or mindset work but still feel something hasn’t fully integrated


• want to understand their nervous system and learn how to work with it instead of against it

This space may not be the right fit if you are looking for

• quick fixes or short-term dopamine boosts without integration for long term change


• Personalized work, not actively open to contributing into group support


• A set of guidelines to “fix” you

This is a practice that needs patience, repetition, and openness to experience the change you desire- by building the foundations FIRST.

One live 75-90 minute guided group call and one prerecorded integration tool per week.‍ ‍You will also be apart of the community chat for further integration. All calls will be recorded and saved if you can’t make it live. All participants will have access to the calls until May 5.
